My every project journey starts with initial research which I use to organize the first set of the stakeholder interviews or UX audit, depending on the project, so I can create a diagnosis.
Strategy
The next phase of me conducting first user interviews, creating user personas and making user journey, so the blueprint is ready for the next steps.
Execution
It's time for the fun part!
Here I deal with wireframes, visual directions and design system. After this step, the first versions of the project are ready.
Feedback
Once the prototype is ready, I begin with gathering the feedback through test scripts and analysing test reports, so I can be sure if the final product meets the needs of stakeholders.
